At Nalitees, we are committed to delivering our premium solid wood furniture to homes across the globe. Whether you are ordering our signature Thick Floating Shelves or a Tree-Shaped Bookcase, we ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders. This means the price you see at checkout is final, we handle all logistics, import taxes, and customs clearance for you.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our handcrafted furniture to the following regions:

  • North America: United States, Canada, and Mexico.

  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark.

  • Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.

Important Exclusions:

  • P.O. Boxes / Military Addresses: Due to the size and weight of our wood products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A physical residential or commercial street address is required.

  • Asia: We do not currently offer shipping to destinations in Asia.

2. Processing Time

Nalitees operates as a 100% Ready-to-Ship business.

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are inspected, hand-packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT (Mountain Time) will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

To keep your experience simple, we apply a single flat rate and free shipping threshold across our entire collection, including both floating shelves and bookcases.

4. Taxes & Duties (DDP Service)

For all international customers, we offer a completely “worry-free” shopping experience:

  • Prepaid Duties: Nalitees covers 100% of Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes.

  • No Hidden Fees: You will never be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery. The total amount at checkout is the final price.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system once it leaves our facility.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

We pack our wood products with reinforced cushioning and double-walled boxes, but we understand that accidents can happen during long-distance transit.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you find any damage to the wood or hardware, contact us at support@nalitees.com within 72 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if there is no movement for 15 days, please contact us. We will investigate and issue a replacement if the package is deemed lost.
