Shipping Policy

Scope: Worldwide

At Nalitees, we are committed to delivering our solid wood furniture to homes around the globe. Whether you are in New York, London, or Sydney, we ensure your floating shelves and bookcases arrive safely and efficiently. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning the price you pay at checkout is final. We take care of all logistics, taxes, and customs clearance for you.

1. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to ship our furniture Worldwide. We frequently deliver to customers in the following regions:

• North America: United States, Canada, Mexico.

• Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, etc.

• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

• Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong.

Important Exclusions:

• P.O. Boxes / Military Addresses: Due to the size and weight of our wood packaging, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or commercial street address.

• Remote Islands: In some rare cases, we may not be able to ship heavy furniture to certain remote island territories. If this affects your order, we will contact you immediately to issue a full refund.

2. Processing Time (Dispatch)

We operate as a Ready-to-Ship business.

• Dispatch Time: All orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates (Worldwide)

To ensure transparency, our shipping rates are flat-fee based on the product category (size and weight). We ship globally using premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or specialized Freight partners).

Thick Floating Shelves (Standard Shipping)

Since these items are heavy solid wood but can be shipped via standard air/ground courier:

Tree-Shaped Bookcases (Heavy/Oversized Shipping)

Due to the significant weight and dimensions of our bookcases, these require specialized handling and incur higher logistics costs.

• Note for Mixed Orders: If your order contains both Floating Shelves and a Bookcase, the Bookcase Shipping Rate ($150.00) will apply to the entire order, as the items will be consolidated for safe transport.

4. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location.

Note: These are estimates. Remote areas or unforeseen carrier delays may add additional time.

5. Taxes & Duties (We Pay For You)

For all international customers, we offer a worry-free shopping experience.

• DDP Service: Nalitees covers 100% of Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes.

• No Hidden Fees: You will never be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery. The total amount at checkout is all you pay.

6. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

• Please allow up to 24 – 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

7. Damages & Lost Packages

We pack our wood products with reinforced cushioning, but accidents can happen during long-distance transit.

• Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you find any damage to the wood or hardware, contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement.

• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if there is no movement for 15 days, please contact us. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund if the package is deemed lost.
