1. Accepted Payment Options

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods:

B. PayPal

Select PayPal at checkout to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card. This is a recommended option for international customers for faster authorization.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Duties (Global DDP)

Currency: All prices on our site are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• International Customers: If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank will calculate the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Note that your bank may charge a small international transaction fee (usually 1-3%), which is outside our control.

The Nalitees “No Hidden Fees” Promise (DDP): For our international customers (UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, etc.), we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

• We Pay the Tax: Nalitees covers 100% of the Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Taxes associated with shipping heavy furniture to your country.

• Final Price: The total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. You will never be charged extra fees by the carrier upon delivery.

3. Payment Security

We take data security seriously.

• SSL Encryption: Our website is secured with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

• PCI Compliance: We are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.

• Data Protection: Nalitees does not store your full credit card number. Your financial data is processed directly by our secure banking partners and is never visible to our staff.

4. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

Because our Tree-Shaped Bookcases and bulk orders are high-value transactions, banks sometimes flag them as “unusual activity” to protect you. If your card is declined, please try the following:

• Call Your Bank: This is the most common fix. Contact your bank and authorize the transaction for “Nalitees.”

• Check Daily Limits: Ensure the total amount (Item + Shipping) does not exceed your card’s daily spending limit.

• Use PayPal: PayPal often has a higher success rate for large international transactions.

• Verify Billing Address: Ensure the billing address entered matches exactly what your bank has on file (AVS Match).
