To track your order, please enter your Tracking Number in the box below and press the “Track” button.

This ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), which will include your unique tracking link.

1. Where to find your Tracking ID

As soon as your floating shelves or bookcases are hand-inspected and dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.

2. Processing & Activation

  • Ready-to-Ship: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Carrier Update: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to scan your package and update the tracking status online.

  • International Orders: Tracking may show “Label Created” while the shipment moves to the international gateway. This is a normal part of our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) process.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • North America: 3–8 business days.

  • Europe & Oceania: 7–15 business days.
